Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing (preorder items have longer lead times specified on the product page).

We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier's estimates.

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. EMC Mods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
EMC Mods is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the carrier — we're happy to assist with documentation.
